Everything you might want to know before ordering from Kay's.
Where is Kay's Sweet Emporium located?
We're a home bakery based in Palm Coast, Florida. All treats are baked from scratch in our home kitchen, and we serve the Palm Coast area and nearby communities for local pickup and delivery.
How do I place an order?
Browse the menu, add your favorite treats to the cart, and check out online. For custom cakes, large events, or special flavor requests, use the notes field at checkout or send us an email.
How much lead time do you need?
Standard cookies, cupcakes, and brownies typically need 48–72 hours notice. Custom cakes and large catering orders need at least 1–2 weeks. For weddings and big events, please reach out 4+ weeks in advance.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Both. Local pickup is arranged after checkout at a Palm Coast meeting spot. Local delivery is available within the Palm Coast area for a small fee — distance and order size will determine the exact cost.
Do you do custom cakes and special orders?
Yes! Custom birthday cakes, wedding desserts, baby shower treats, and themed cookies are some of our favorite things to make. Just message us with your event date, theme, flavors, and serving count, and we'll put together a quote.
What flavors are available?
Our regular cookie flavors include chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, oatmeal chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut, chocolate candy cookie, and a rotating surprise cookie. We also offer seasonal flavors and take special requests — just tell us what you're craving.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy, so we can't guarantee a completely allergen-free product. Please let us know about any allergies when ordering and we'll do our best to advise on safer options.
How should I store my treats?
Cookies and brownies stay fresh at room temperature in an airtight container for 3–4 days. Cupcakes and frosted items are best eaten within 2 days and can be refrigerated. For longer storage, most baked goods freeze well for up to a month.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All online orders are processed securely at checkout. For custom event orders, we can also accept payment via cash, Venmo, or Zelle — just ask.
